Parmenter Properties is run by Emily Woodhead and Robbie Parmenter, with a passion for property, development and seeing the potential in places.

We work with landowners to explore what their land could become, taking a thoughtful and straightforward approach from the very beginning.
We also acquire existing homes where we see the opportunity to create something special — carefully improving them while retaining the character and qualities that make them feel like home.
