Getting to know you and your land
We take the time to understand your circumstances, your connection to the land and what you would ideally like to achieve.

Option agreement
If we decide to move forward together, we’ll agree the key terms and put an option agreement in place.
04.
Planning
Once an agreement is in place, we’ll begin the planning work, exploring the development potential of your land and creating a suitable design for the site.
05.
Planning application
When the proposals are ready, we'll submit and manage the planning application on your behalf.
06.
Successful outcome
If planning permission is secured and the conditions of our agreement are met, we can move forward together with the purchase of your land.
